To be considered, submissions should be received by email at ChesterEStarkey@gmail.com no later than March 1, 2026 and should include: (i) legal name of purchaser with all contact information, (ii) proposed total purchase price; (iii) evidence of financial capability; (iv) written acknowledgment of the Trust’s proposed terms (below); and (iv) disclosure of any contingencies. Offers with fewer or no contingencies may be given preference.
The Trust reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any submission; to negotiate with one or more parties; to request revised or additional proposals; to reopen the process to additional prospective purchasers; or to take any other action it deems appropriate. Submission of an expression of interest does not obligate the Trust to sell either property or to select the highest or any particular offer. No agreement shall be binding unless and until a written purchase agreement is executed by all parties.
